can't add accountant as the primary admin
Client, who is the primary admin, get an error message saying he doesn't have the correct right to add an accountant user. This has been going on for a month. Intuit support is useless. We get scheduled update on the ticket. All the scheduled updates are saying the engineers need additional time to investigate. The next "scheduled update" on the ticket is March 15.
We tried upgrade the subscription. Client can add me as a user, not as an accountant.
Client does subscribe the quick bookkeeping service from intuit. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with the issue.

Ask your client to create a new email address and invite it as the new Primary Admin. Then they can try to invite you as an Accounting Firm.

I have talked multiple times on the ticket to the support team.
So far, the support team says that they can't do anything while the engineers team is investigating.
It's almost a month since the first ticket. The next scheduled update is March 15th.
I mean, how difficult is this?
