can't add accountant as the primary admin
Client, who is the primary admin, get an error message saying he doesn't have the correct right to add an accountant user. This has been going on for a month. Intuit support is useless. We get scheduled update on the ticket. All the scheduled updates are saying the engineers need additional time to investigate. The next "scheduled update" on the ticket is March 15.
We tried upgrade the subscription. Client can add me as a user, not as an accountant.
Client does subscribe the quick bookkeeping service from intuit. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with the issue.
Appreciate if any insight on this issue.
