In QBO, there are several web browsers you can use. Since you're experiencing tab crashes in Firefox, I suggest using another supported search engine.
If you want to continue using Firefox, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They have the tools to access your account securely, investigate the root cause of the crashes, and provide a resolution. Here's how you can reach them:
- Sign in to your QBO company.
- Click the Help button.
- Hover to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
- Type in a brief description of your issue.
- Choose between the Chat or Callback option.
