I suspect that your books work unusual based on the information you added. For now, I recommend accessing your QBO in a private browser to isolate this behavior.
- Access your QBO account using an incognito window.
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P - Clear the cache and cookies in your browser.
- Use other browsers that are supported for QBO.
If it persists, I still recommend contacting us again. At this time, we'll need to investigate this behavior and might create a ticket if necessary.
- In your QBO account, click on the Help icon.
- Choose Contact us.
- Provide a brief description of your issue and follow the on-screen instructions.
