The NEW Advanced Search feature is currently only available to new subscribers. Thus, you've encountered difficulties accessing the option despite following the recommended steps diligently since it isn't supported for old subscribers yet.

Concerning the information shared with you 18 months ago, please know that we don't have a specific timeframe for when it will become available to all users.
