Thanks for getting back to the thread and providing me with more details. I'll share information to help you manage these transactions.
In QuickBooks, there are transaction types that you can delete and others can only be voided. If you select Payments, automatically the delete option will be greyed out. In your case, you can select only the Sales Receipt and other transactions to utilize the batch delete feature.
