Ok - hopefully I have found a solution for this. Anyway its working for me. QuickBooks is correct that this is a browser setting, HOWEVER, what I found is that QuickBooks is enabling this each time with a cookie they send when you connect. In Chrome (mostly what I use for QuickBooks), go into your chrome settings and search for cookies - disable accepting all cookies from intuit.
I closed my browser and rebooted just to be safe and now I am no longer questioned as to being a robot. I have logged in and out of QuickBooks several times to test my theory and voila, I am robot and send a text each time free.

I imagine for Firefox (my backup when QuickBooks doesn't play nice on Chrome) - the fix is similar, but I didn't track down the cookie setting there yet.
I hope this helps everyone else. I will try to do some screen shots for those not so technical and post later. Now I must use my gained time for work.
