Since the primary contact has already deceased, let's get it updated.

 

There are two options to change the primary contact. It can be done by:

  • Changing it in CAMPS
  • Sending a request to our team

In your case, I recommend sending a request to our Customer Care Team to help change the primary contact. 

 

To reach them, here's how:

  1. Open QuickBooks. 
  2. Go to the Help menu at the top.
  3. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help
  4. Type Contact Us in the search box. Then, click on Contact Us at the bottom. 
  5. Select the way you wish to connect with support.
