I can imagine the hurdle you've been through in changing the account password, @janni.
You can reset the admin password before logging in to CAMPS. Here's how you can do it:
- Select I forgot my password from the Company Login window.
- Next, choose an email from the dropdown menu. To reset your password, the system will send you an email with a token. If your email address isn't included, select Don't see your email in the list above? and then follow the directions on the screen.
- Enter the token you received in your email.
For QuickBooks 2019 and earlier:
- Access QuickBooks Desktop. From the login window, choose I forgot my password.
- Fill out the info on the form.
- Your license number for QuickBooks Desktop. (Hold down F2 on your keyboard from the login window to see your license number).
- Fill in the name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code you used when you purchased the product.
- QuickBooks will then walk you through creating a new admin password.
