Hi slandry,
I see that everyone is thinking strangely as to why you're still asked to verify your account even if your 2FA is turned off. We'll check this for you, but I will have to route you to our Support team outside the Community. That way, they pull up your account in a more secure environment and use more tools to gather more data to investigate this further.
- Go to the Help menu and select the Search tab.
- Click Contact Us at the bottom.
- Type your concern in the box and hit Let's talk or Continue.
- Choose either Get a callback or start a chat.
- Enter the required data and submit the request.
