1. Click on the Help option on the top menu. 
2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help. 
3. Choose Contact Us. 
4. Enter the description of your issue, then Continue. 
5. Go to Get a callback. 
6. Key in your contact info, then Confirm my call.
