Once the General and Rows/Columns options are expended we'll have to scroll down to view the other options. In addition, a browser-related issue might have caused the unexpected behavior in our Customize page.
We can perform a few browser troubleshooting steps and I suggest that every after steps we'll run the report and click the Customize button to see if the Filter option now shows up.
- Log in to QuickBooks using a private browser since it doesn't store any cache files and history for access sites.
- If this woks, we can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache.
- We can also use other browsers to verify such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox.
