Invoice Due Date

I notice you're having strange experiences while trying to review the status of your invoices. Please know that our engineers are working together and investigating this behavior for a timely resolution. While the investigation is still ongoing, you may need to open each of your invoices to determine the due date.

Additionally, you can contact support to have your name added to the list of affected users in the current investigation. When registered, you'll automatically receive email notifications of any new updates. To start:

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Go to the Help menu.
3. Tap on Contact Us from the Search tab.
4. Enter a short description of your concern, then Continue.
5. Choose a way to connect with support.

For your convenience, you can connect with them during their business hours.

Once your customer pays their dues, you can track the payments through the Receive Payment window. You may also review the resources from this website for more reference: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

However, if you use QuickBooks Payments, we handle everything for you. Once your customer pays an invoice, QuickBooks processes the payment and deposits accordingly.

I’m having the same problem. I use mobile almost exclusively, and those options are not available on mobile. I am no longer able to see which invoices are due next to send them out, and it was so much easier seeing due and overdue on the same page. I am not liking this new update at all.
