1. At the top of your QBDT login screen, click Help.
2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
3. When a prompt appears, select Contact Us located at the bottom.
4. Type in phrases or keywords on the What can we help you with? Tab.
5. Then select How would like to connect with us?
· When you choose Chat, you’ll be having a chat with our customer support within five minutes.
