I appreciate you coming back and updating us on the progress of the issue you are currently facing on finding the company file in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @DDrudy.

 

Since you are still facing the problem after performing all the possible steps to fix the problem, I recommend getting in touch with our support team. They possess specialized tools that can securely access your account and investigate the reason behind this unusual behavior. 

 

To reach our customer support team, you can follow the steps below:

 

1. At the top of your QBDT login screen, click Help.

2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.

3. When a prompt appears, select Contact Us located at the bottom.

4. Type in phrases or keywords on the What can we help you with? Tab.

5. Then select How would like to connect with us? 

· When you choose Chat, you’ll be having a chat with our customer support within five minutes. 

· When you choose Callback, you’ll have a spot on our line, and call you back within five minutes.
