Here’s how:
- Head to the Help/Question Mark icon on the upper right.
- Go to the Search tab and type ‘contact us,’ then press Enter on your keyboard.
- Click Contact Us.
- Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.
Our Live Support is available Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT for chat and 6:00 AM to 5:55 PM PT for callbacks.
