Hello Evimanoli21-gmai, We do take your comments on board regarding user type and account, we did see you had a QB Online account from the post and we'd be asking more questions if our 1st suggestion did not work for you. We're happy to hear that you've spoken to an agent who helped you out, In the Community, we don't have the option for Smartlook to see your QB account. Thanks for giving us helpful feedback.

Were the invoices manually entered, or were the sales recorded by adding the downloaded transaction directly from the banking screen? The 'All sales' tab (on the Sales menu) will show the last 365 days by default, please check the 'filter' button to ensure you don't have a filter applied that may be restricting the date range shown. :)
Thank you for your reply. That was not issue.
The issue is that when you migrate the company file from the desktop version to the online one, then in the Sales there are no invoices shown. What you need to do is create an invoice and save it. Then you will have the options shown by which you can sort the invoices by date which is greater than a year.
So it would be good to first ask the person having the issue, what kind of a user they are and how they created their account. I have been having trouble with this since 4 days ago, and i spoke to many of Quickbooks online assistants and none were helpful at all. Only today i talked with someone that was very very helpful and assisted me in finding this 'trick' to be able to see my invoices. Since on quickbooks online you have the smartlook feature then use it to help your clients in a proper way.
