My quickbooks premier 2020 will not open. Got Error 3771 Status code 11104
I tried everything i could think of. Finally uninstalled and reinstalled and still will not open and now doesn't even give me and error. Please help. I have work to do this weekend and intuit pages are junk as far as help goes. No phone or chat lines open from them even tho I pay for unlimited support. Ugh

Usually, this error happens when the system could not initialize the license properties when activating or opening QuickBooks. To isolate the issue, you can start by running the 3371 Error Fix from the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
From the Tool Hub, run the 3371 Error Fix.
Another way around is to install QuickBooks using the clean install process. This helps you fix company file issues and won't affect your data at all. Here's how: Clean install QuickBooks Desktop.
If you still see the error after the clean installation, I recommend working with an IT professional or contacting Microsoft for further assistance. There may be damage to your Windows Operating System wherein they can check and review further.
Once everything is in place, you're now ready to get started working with QuickBooks.

I have done all the steps you have mentioned. QuickBooks still will not start from the QB icon. I have been double clicking my QBW file and then QuickBooks will open and seems to be working. I must admit that I am starting to lose confidence in QuickBooks as a solid software. After over 20 years of using it
I do not have time to spend trying several “fixes”. For the monthly price I am paying it should work seamlessly.
I have done all windows updates and all other programs are working as they should. Maybe you could give me more detail on what windows issue you think it is. That would give me my IT guy a place to start as I will be paying for this service by the hour.

Do you want to outsource the IT service? If your IT guy isn't familiar with QB, you will pay their bill for nothing but trial and error.
