How do i update my email address that is associated with employee self set up

To update the email address for employee self-setup, locate it in the employee’s profile in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Hcicompany.

 

If the employee has already started the self-setup process and was invited to set up their employee file, updating their email address in QBO will automatically trigger a new invitation.

 

Here’s how to update the email address:

  1. Go to Employees.
  2. Select the employee whose email you want to change.
  3. Click the Pencil icon to edit their profile.
  4. Delete or replace the previous email address.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Check the new email inbox for the updated invitation.
