the community did not help. This is a error in the software. i have done the cvs file import many times before. but now it wont work. Can anyone help?
The inability to import a CSV file into QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) is usually due to incorrect formatting or exceeding the 100 KB file size limit, @edgephotographygc.
To resolve this, ensure the file is correctly formatted and meets QBSE’s CSV upload size requirements. If the file is too large, consider splitting the file into smaller segments or compressing it before uploading.
For further guidance, refer to the article: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.
If the file format is correct and within the size limit, but you are still experiencing issues, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache to eliminate stored data that may be causing display or performance issues. Additionally, ensure you're using a supported browser to avoid compatibility issues with QuickBooks.
