August Community Updates

It's been a hot minute since I posted a community update, so I wanted to take some time today to let you know about some of the changes that have taken place recently.  Ready? Lets jump right in!

• New Community blog! "Getting the most out of QuickBooks" is our newest blog, and is focused on using QuickBooks.  We have articles on trending issues, educational pieces, and my personal favorite, "Top 5 question" round-ups that let us deep dive into some of the most common questions around a specific topic.  Just like this regular community blog, we use labels to help keep things organized, and you can subscribe to a label to make sure you don't miss any content.  
• Updates to our Events calendar:  We have added social share icons to all of our Events, so if you see something that you want to share on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or via email, you can simply click on the appropriate icon and with a few clicks you can share to whatever space you want. 
• Also, make sure to check out the QuickBooks Support page on the nav bar at the top of the community, we are constantly working to improve the experience across both sites. 

I will leave you with one last bit of news  - QuickBooks Connect is entirely virtual again this year.  I liveblogged it last year and was just blown away by the quality and quantity of great sessions available.   If you are at all on the fence about attending, click on the link and you can check out some of the amazing presentations from last year to get an idea of what to expect.   Registration is open now, and I know this year will be just as amazing, so make sure you head over and check it out.  

This wasn't a huge update, but I know we have a lot of exciting things coming up this year, so I promise to do these more often.   Let me know if there are any questions about the community/how things work/etc and maybe I can do a mailbag type round-up if I get enough. :)
