We know that every minute counts, which is why we're so excited to introduce our new integrated platform experience. We've made some big changes to help you find what you need faster and get more done.

What's New? Optimized Navigation

You'll notice some things look different, but the core tools you love are still here and better than ever. We've simplified the navigation to help you get to your most important tasks with a single click.

• App Carousel: Your homepage is now a personalized toolkit. Access Intuit apps like Expenses and Inventory directly from your home screen.
• Create Actions: Need to send an invoice or record a payment? The new Create actions menu puts your most frequent transactions right at your fingertips. You can even customize it to fit your team's unique needs.
• Bookmarked for You: Your favorite pages are still just a hover and click away with the prominently displayed Bookmarks on the sidebar.
• Search for efficiency: Our homepage search quickly finds transactions, contacts, reports, and any page or help content on the Intuit Platform.
• Bank Transactions: Access your accounts, registers, and reconciliation options under Accounting.
• Reports: Hover to quickly access Standard, Custom, and Financial planning reports.

Introducing the Business Feed: Your Personal AI Assistant

Our biggest leap forward is the Business Feed. This isn't just a dashboard, it's a smart hub that provides important notifications and a summary of personalized suggestions that you can act on. It also gives you a way to manage your money, payments, and customer relationships using Intuit apps, all in one place.

You can now access the improved experience from your Dashboard or by simply selecting Feed from the sidebar.

The Business Feed is your new command center. It helps you stay on top of notifications and keeps you updated on everything that matters to your business.

Existing QuickBooks customers can find information on features that have moved or changed in the enhanced Intuit Platform here. 

Note: This new user interface is being rolled out to customers from August. You have the option of joining an early access program through the settings icon in your QuickBooks account. If you join the early access program, you’ll have the option to switch back to the previous experience.
