How does someone log onto company files ? Need more hoops to jump through

How do I log into company files , instead of this stupid login process , I ask for a textcode , it shows up on my screen , I enter it , it states contactccustom...

Why is it so Damm hard to check paystub? It's not a bank account ,,there's no funds in it ,, Make an easier way to retrieve my account information
