I'm getting OLSU-1011 if i try to add amex again. not the error codes you mentioned.

I contacted the support team twice and each time i didn't get anywhere and they also acted like this is not a known issue with AMEX but there are several posts.

Deactivate doesn't work with this issue. It just pops back up for AMEX.

Yes, I'm also getting this error. Tried 2 different times to chat with support and all it did was waste my time. Issue began 8/1.
