I am trying to export from the mac 2021 trial version to qb online and I keep receiving error messages and am told to call a number that has a recording sending me back to this forum.  I previously had desktop 2016 and upgraded to big sur and then qb would not open. I purchased qb online and was told by Intuit to download the 20i21 trial version, import my qb 2016 data into the trial version and then migrate the data to qb online which I did but it will not transfer.  email [email address removed]
