Just FYI, I am getting the same access denied message when I click on the links in the above test.  Also:  the  text reads "You can also download the complete QuickBooks Guide to Converting QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online from the right-hand column.", but I do not see any link to this on the right side of the page.  And also, the "Attachments" link at the bottom of the text does not work.

 

All in all, not very helpful, and particularly so for a topic that has the potential for creating severe problems if not carried out correctly.
