I converted to QB online from Desktop premier August 5th. I have not been able to have a sort of easy transition.
I have called the help experts, most of them don't really know the in/outs of the quickbooks online set up and trouble shoot.
After 20/30 minutes on the phone with the "expert help" the phone call drops and I do not get a return call. So my issues still not fixed. Very disappointed with Quickbooks online expert help.
