Good morning, waerola.
Thanks for joining this thread. I want to make sure you're able to convert your QuickBooks file.
One troubleshooting method I recommend trying is to condense the file. Here's how to get this done:
- From the QuickBooks File menu, select Utilities and then Condense Data.
- Click Yes to the message Budget data may be moved during cleanup. Do you want to continue anyway?
- In the Condense Data window, select Transactions before a specific date.
- Use the Date field to select a date. QuickBooks will remove closed transactions on or before the date you choose.
- Choose Next.
- Select a method to summarize the transactions you're removing, then Next. If you're not sure, tap on Help me choose.
- Click on any of the checkboxes for the dialog boxes that follow, then hit Next. (Optional)
- Select Begin Condense.
The following linked article provides these steps and additional info about this process: Condense your QuickBooks Desktop file for import to QuickBooks Online
Let me know how things look afterward. I'm only a comment or post away if you have any other questions.
