BAS - marking as lodged not working. screen just shows as blank, when looking in history, it does not show. this was first electronic lodgement, says lodged with ATO ?

I am in a pay arrange with tax office for GST. The ATO has used my personal refund to pay my gst account. how can i record this? QBO only allows tax p'ments from bank?
