Hi there and thank you for contacting us here in the Community forum, nina-tz-topskywe.
Let me help you check and ensure your scheduled reports are sent every Saturday. The first thing you can do is review if someone made some changes to the recurring report.
You can start by going through the Audit log. It's where all activities or changes on your account are recorded. Let me show you how to do it.
For most transactions or events, select View in the History column to open the audit history. This tells you who made the change and what they did.
If there were changes or not, you can open the scheduled report and make sure Saturday is selected. If QuickBooks will send it on Sunday, you can delete. The data could be damaged and you'll want to start over with the scheduled report.
Here's how to delete the scheduled report.
You can also export the report to an Excel file so you can use it outside of QuickBooks. Check out this article for instructions and detailed steps: Learn how to export your reports to Microsoft Excel from QuickBooks Online.
Get back to me if there's anything else I can help you with your scheduled reports. Just leave a comment below and I'll get back to you.
