You can use footnotes to your financial statements. This option can be found when you open a financial statement report and click Add notes. I'll show you a sample screenshot below:
Another way is to export the report/statement to an excel file and manually add the notes from there. (See attached screenshot below).
I also suggest asking for help from your accountant to be guided on the proper ways to handle this situation while working with your financial statements.
