Tax ID with multi chars

Hi there, NICOBoulangerie.

I signed for an Indonesian version of QBO and the program accepted a tax  ID with a period and dash on it. Can you tell us what happens when you save you tax id? IS there an error message?

Upon checking the screenshot that you've attached, it looks like you've added space when entering your Tax ID inside your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company. Please be aware that in the program, you'll need to take out those spaces and utilize the Dash (-) symbol instead. This way, the program can recognize the information you're trying to add to your company account.

Memasukkan hanya digit angka saja juga tidak masalah di QB. Ketika kita login di DJP Online pun tidak perlu pakai simbol dot atau dash. Penggunaan simbol hanya untuk mempermudah kita membca sedangkan sistem hanya membutuhkan komponen angka saja.
