Upon checking the screenshot that you've attached, it looks like you've added space when entering your Tax ID inside your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company. Please be aware that in the program, you'll need to take out those spaces and utilize the Dash (-) symbol instead. This way, the program can recognize the information you're trying to add to your company account.
