Thanks for checking this out in the Community, McSwim.

Let's make sure that you can access your inactive customers. Can you also tell us what happens when you go to that page? Is there an error message or code? We're asking these questions to make sure that the right steps and information is is given to sort this out.

There are also times that browser issues can prevent you from doing a task or opening a window in QBO. I'll share some steps on how to resolve this when working in QBO.

First, access your QBO account in a private or incognito window. You can also use other browsers if you have a different option on your computer. Use these keyboard shortcuts on how to start an incognito browsing session:

  • Ctrl Shift for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge

Second, go back to the Sales and Customers menu and check if you can already see the entire customer list. If you're able to do that, follow the steps in this article to delete your browsing history: Clear Cache And Cookies To Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks.

Feel free to save this article in case you need more references when managing your customers in the future: Add and Manage Customers in QuickBooks Online.

Don't hesitate to reply to me and keep us posted if that lets you see all customers in your list. I'll be on a lookout as well in case you have other questions for us.
