To run the app using your mobile phone or desktop, you can enter your QuickBooks Online log in credentials. Once signed in, you'll be able to run the application.
In case you're unable to run the app when you enter your sign-in credentials, you can click the Help navigation bar at the top when you're using the QuickBooks App for Windows or Mac to reset the app data. This way, you can ensure the app is ats best when using it.
