An old post asking the same question said there is no way to modify the HTML of the email template used to send invoices to customers.
My issue: The image used for the company logo is about 25x the size we want it to be. The only way we know how to fix it is to modify the pixels used for the image in the HTML.
My question: Has intuit recently allowed us to modify the HTML for the email template? If so, can I get a documented guide on how to access it?
I'm here to help with customizing your email template in QuickBooks Online (QBO), F1-AK.

Since you have a bigger file, one solution is to crop the file, which essentially means reducing the size of the file by removing unnecessary parts. Another recommended option for managing large files is to use Adobe. Adobe offers a range of tools that can help you manage and manipulate large files easily.
Furthermore, once your customer paid their invoices, learn to record them through QuickBooks: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online
Feel free to reach out if you have any other concerns with managing your invoice in QBO. I'm always here to help you further.
