If you're trying to create a backup copy of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data, we'll do it for you. QBO automatically backs your data up with the same level of security used by banks and financial institutions.
We're using a third-party hard drive that keeps your data safe and secure. Every night, we automatically create a backup of your company file.
However, if you're trying to get a copy of your company file, you can export reports and lists. You can do it from the Gear icon and then Export data.
