To ensure we're aligned, could you please confirm if you're using a third-party application for payroll? If that's the case, I recommend reaching out to your payroll service for further assistance.

 

Also, payroll with direct deposit service in QuickBooks is only offered in specific regions such as the United States(US), and Canada.
