Can anyone resolve ? While creating Advance Payment, I am getting an alert stating that "Something`s not quite right" . I am not getting any support from customer care.

Thanks for visiting the Community for support today. We receive reports about being unable to record an Advance payment in the India version of QuickBooks Online. 

 

I understand that we need to resolve this right away. Rest assured that our engineers are now working on finding a fix on this issue. 

 

While we do that, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. Let them know that you're one of the affected users of INV-49784 so they can link your company to the investigation.
