Thanks for visiting the Community for support today. We receive reports about being unable to record an Advance payment in the India version of QuickBooks Online. 

 

I understand that we need to resolve this right away. Rest assured that our engineers are now working on finding a fix on this issue. 

 

While we do that, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. Let them know that you're one of the affected users of INV-49784 so they can link your company to the investigation.
