Why my subscription is showing EXPIRED when I have renewed it on 16 july for next 1 year

Hi there, mukesh49711.

Since you've confirmed that you already renewed your subscription and still showing as expired, I suggest logging your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache. This might be also the reason that your subscription is showing expired after you renewed it.

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If it works in incognito, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. You can check this article to see the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as alternatives.

If the same thing happens, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to check your account to find out why you're still receiving a notification about an expired subscription.

Please check this article to see all the reports you can run to get financial insights: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.

Please know that you're always welcome to post if you have any other concerns. Wishing you and your business continued success.
