I've got the steps to successfully import your bank transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @mdpodlug-gmail-c.
The CSV file may not be formatted correctly. That's why you're unable to import it to the program.
There are things we'll need to perform to help resolve this. First, let's review the column headers and data. If you use the 3-column format, make sure the Date, Description, and Amount columns on the CSV match the columns and order in QBO. For the 4-column format, check the Date, Description, Credit, and Debit columns and their headers.
Second, you can correct any transactions that display a number in the Description column. Third, remove the zeroes (0) from the file and leave those cells blank. Fourth, please ensure the Date format has a single pattern, such as dd/mm/yyyy. For more troubleshooting steps, see this article's Formatting CSV files for import section: Import Bank Transactions.
After that, please wait a few minutes and upload the file again. If you're receiving a specific error while uploading, go to this article: Fix Bank Upload Errors. Then, click the link specific to the message you've received.
Once imported, I recommend categorising and matching the transactions to the existing entries in QBO. Doing so will help ensure your financial records are accurate. Just go to the For Review tab to complete this task.
Lastly, can I ask for the bank name you're trying to import the transactions to the program? It will be a great help for me to narrow down this issue, so I can make sure I've got you covered.
I'll lend a helping hand if you need anything else. Keep safe always, @mdpodlug-gmail-c.
Thank you for your quick reply. I made a 3 column Excel CSV file. First column I named Date, and formatted all the dates the same. Second column was Description, and third Amount, where i put the values, formated as number with 2 decimals, and minus sign in front of paid transactions. When I try to upload it says "No 3 columns Date, Memo and Amount". When I delete the first row in CSV (title), it uploads correctly but then when I need to sort it in the next screen on QB Online, it is all mixed up, and no inputs are found.
