When you mentioned QBD, are you referring to QuickBooks Desktop? If so, please know that it's currently unavailable in ROW regions.
If you're referring to the QuickBooks Online Desktop app, please know that you don't need to migrate your data to QBO. You can directly log in to the software through your web browser using the same credentials as your Desktop app. This way, you can access your company data and continue managing your business.
