To begin, are there any error messages on your banking page when connecting with your Menards account? This will help us pinpoint the exact cause and guide you to the best solution.
While waiting for your response, you can login to your online banking account and check if there are any maintenance issues or financial error notifications that trigger the connection between your bank and QuickBooks.
In the meantime, you can manually upload your credit card transactions in QuickBooks so you can still continue with your banking tasks and be able to record them accurately in our system. Make sure to prepare the transactions first based on the file guidelines our software requires to upload them successfully. Here's how:
- In the Bank Transactions section, click the dropdown icon beside the Link account option.
- Choose Upload from file.
- Select the account you want them to place.
- Upload the file to the provided field.
- After that, proceed and follow the on-screen steps.
