The unbilled charges you mentioned, were they billable expenses that were not billed and you just want to get rid of them if so you can manage them by changing the URL to uk.qbo.intuit/app/managebillableexpense. In terms of the VAT are you on standard or cash accounting, those costs did you already claim VAT on them?
