Giving more access rights in using the Mileage tracking feature would be a great help, Mileage 2020.

At this moment, only the Master Admin has the ability to access the feature in QuickBooks Online. Thus, allowing other users to access this is not available.

 As a workaround, you might want to consider using a third-party application. Just go to the Apps menu, then click the Find Apps tab.
