Thanks for the details, jpalombo.

We're assuming you and your subcontractor both use QBO. If we have misinterpreted at all let us know.

SaasAnt is a third-party app integrated with QuickBooks. If you're using this application to record the invoices and estimates   or your subcontractor is, you'll have to export(or they would) and then import the transactions using the third party app if you want them to be available in your QuickBooks Online account.

Rest assured, you have me to help you import the transactions using a CSV file. If your subcontractor exports them to you as a excel/CSV file and then sends you that file to download. Then you could import the details into your QBO.It may require some mapping in QBO see below

Once you've already exported the transactions, we can import them either a 3-column or 4-column format. Here's how to import:

  1. From the Gear icon, select Import Data.
  2. Select Bank Data.
  3. Click Browse and then select the CSV file.
  4. Click Open.
  5. Hit Next.
  6. Select which bank account you want the transaction to upload.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Map the fields, and then Next.
  9. Review the transactions.
  10. Click Next.
  11. Select Yes.

There you have it, jpalombo. Please let me know if there's anything that I can help. Have a great day ahead!
