It actually does allow it but only if you use Bill Pay, which is free to sign up, but has a per-transaction fee, when you pay. The feature is called Incoming Bills (still in Beta). Not sure if this feature will work if you don't pay. Also it says you give your vendors a dedicated email address. Not sure if you can email receipts to yourself.
