Here's how you can reach our live experts through the mobile app:

 

  1. Tap on More and then select the Help icon in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Select Articles and Support, then click on Contact Us.
  3. In the box provided, describe the issue you encountered when creating an invoice and mention how the option to record a payment has disappeared.
  4. Click Continue, and then select the Callback option.

In the meantime, I recommend accessing the invoice through the customer's profile. From there, you can click on the transaction and record the payment.
