In January 2024, I reported a simple bug with the iOS / iPhone app.
In the invoices list screen (on the iOS app) invoices show as “NOT SENT”, when they should show as “SENT” (as they had been sent).
Each individual invoice shows the correct status. It is just the invoice list where the wrong status is being shown.
The cloud / web app at qbo.intuit.com shows the correct status everywhere, so it’s just the iOS app that’s wrong.
In June 2024, I received an update from Quickbooks support saying…
The engineering team have now completed their investigation and have advised at this time that the resolution to the behaviour you are experiencing will need to be treated as and included in an enhancement project.
We do not have a time frame available for enhancement projects but please rest assured that this will be prioritised against ongoing work.
It’s now June 2025, and the bug remains, hence my question.
How many years do I have to wait for this bug to be fixed in the iOS app?
